The GlocalMe devices are portable WiFi hotspots that allow users to connect to the internet while on the go. The flexibility and convenience of being able to stay connected globally make GlocalMe a sought-after solution for those who need internet access wherever they are.

Within our agile team, we collected design ideas mainly from user feedback and marketing departments. I then created interaction concepts, developed wireframes, and shared them with UI designers, development teams, and testing engineers. I ensured clear communication with everyone involved in the process.
Examples
To enhance the use experience, increase user engagement, and encourage retention, we enabled users to manage the device through the app on their phone. They don't have to dig into their bag to reach the device whenever they want to manage it.


We extracted crucial information that matters most to users from the data plans. Utilising data visualisation Methods, we present this information in a clear and understandable manner, aiming to prevent any unnecessary stress for users.


To cater to the promotional requirements of the marketing teams, the website and applications were intentionally designed to be flexible, enabling them to run promotional activities at any time.
To alleviate waiting anxiety and keep users informed about the VSIM connecting status, we broke down the loading process into distinct stages and displayed them progressively.
We identified and addressed potential errors and issues within the applications, to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience. Preventing users from getting stuck when encountering errors, and instead, offering guidance and solutions to help them overcome any problems.
We've introduced a real-time feedback feature in our app, enabling users to report on the quality of their internet connection. This helps us gather valuable information about connection performance in various locations, allowing us to continually enhance our service.
We redesigned our SaaS dashboards with data visualisation techniques to empower engineers in tracking data effectively, promptly spotting alerts, and efficiently resolving user issues.
